Refund & Return Policy (English Version)

1. Live Arrival Guarantee

In the event that ornamental fish arrive sick, with damaged fins, or deceased due to transportation issues, we offer the customer the choice of:

A full refund, or

A replacement with new specimens.

All shipping costs related to refunds or replacements will be covered by us.

2. Coverage Period

Our Live Arrival Guarantee is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.

If any health or physical issues related to the fish occur within this period, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement, according to the customer's preference.

3. Refund / Replacement Request Procedure

To request a refund or replacement, the customer must:

Provide clear photos or videos showing the damaged, sick, or deceased fish;

Send the documentation via email to moyubuybuy666@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +39 345 879 5083.

4. Verification and Resolution

Once the documentation has been received and verified, we will:

Initiate the refund process immediately, or

Arrange the shipment of replacement specimens, according to the customer's choice.

5. Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover issues reported after 3 days from delivery.

Any damage or loss caused by improper care, unsuitable tank conditions, or incorrect handling by the customer is not covered under this refund policy.

1. Transport warranty

In case of ornamental fish that are found to be sick, have damaged fins or die during transport, we offer:

Full refund, or

Replacement with new specimens,
At the customer's choice. All shipping costs will be covered by us.


2. Coverage period

Our guarantee is valid for 3 days from delivery:

If any health or integrity issues arise within this timeframe, we will issue a refund or replacement.


3. Refund request procedure

To request a refund or replacement, the customer must:

4. Confirmation and refund

Once the documentation has been received and verified:

We will start the refund process immediately, or

We will arrange the shipment of new specimens, according to the customer's choice.


5. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover problems arising more than 3 days after delivery.

Any damage due to unsuitable breeding conditions at the customer's premises is not covered by the refund policy.
